Review: My fiance sought medical attention from this clinic because of an allergic reaction that included, at that time, hives and intense itching. We were concerned it was an allergic reaction to penicillin that he had just finished a round of 3 days prior to the hives appearing. Upon a med techs evaluation and a quick discussion with the doctor he was told it could not be an allergic reaction to penicillin because the hives started days after stopping the penicillin and it was probably just something he ate, despite my fiance's protests that he did not eat anything different or abnormal. The doctor gave him a low dose steroid and benedryl and sent him on his way. My fiance left feeling like the doctor didn't give him any time or adequate discussion about what was causing the reaction or what to expect in the next few days. The symptoms got progressively worse over the next several days and resulted in an emergency room visit and hospitalization for a severe penicillin allergy. We requested a refund from this doctor due to what me and my fiance believe was sub-par medical treatment that caused a life threatening situation to continue and become worse and generate further and higher medical bills, and longer time off work. [redacted] responded via email to say they refuse to provide a refund and denying that my fiance ever mentioned penicillin in the first place, further proving their lack of competency when assessing and charting his specific needs during his exam, that was his whole reason for the visit.Desired Settlement: We request a full refund of $120
