Our site does not ask for payment information unless the user confirms TWICE that he/she wants to pay to use paid privileges. The user paid for a premium membership and began using the paid privileges right a way. Again, we don't ask for payment info unless you confirmed you want to pay, so saying that one did not expect to be charged does not correspond with what you actually did on the site nor what is written on the confirmation page. While we regret you are unhappy, we stand by the clarity of how our site works and the confirmations you made.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Just as I said originally- they they tell you free & it's actually not. The options they are saying are 'free' are completely useless & are nothing more than a bait tactic. I'm not surprised however that they only defend themselves, it just proves that they are greedy & will deceive people & play on their desires just so they can make more money. Scam.
