Air flow Naples was recommended to us by American Shield. Air Naples determined that our air conditioner's air handler needed to be replaced. That was 5 days ago. My husband and I are sitting in a 90 degree house. Why? Because Air Flow Naples "had to order" the blower motor for the air handler. Well, we did some searching for a blower motor. My husband found a blower motor at Lenox Parts in Ft. Myers. We called Air Flow to let them know we found a blower motor! Air Flow answered "we don't have an account there, so we can't purchase it there". In reality, Air flow is really "shopping" to find the least expensive unit available which has to be shipped from out of state. In the meantime, we sit here and sweat. My husband has severe asthma and is in tremendous discomfort. Air Flow Naples is totally mismanaged, is concerned more about saving money than customer satisfaction. Do yourself a big favor, and DO NOT do business with this company.
