March I 0, 2017Concerning ID #: [redacted] We did receive an email request to remove Home Insurance coverage on 12/19/to back datecancel coverage to 12/8/as the home was sold Farmers does have procedures for this process to back date canceL The insured was advised to submit !@ us a signed written request to cancel on 12/8/with documentation to verify that This information was received on 1/17/Once all information was received, the request was granted A refund check was issued on 1/29/ In reference to the auto coverage we did not receive those emails my staff contacted our IT Department & they were able to retrieve those emails Our office processed her request in a timely mannerI have been with Farmers for years & my staff for yearsShe been recognized twice for her excellent customer service skillls I have reviewed all correspondence between Ms [redacted] & my staffAt all times my staff conducted herself in a professional manner

insured was  advised to submit !@ us a signed written  request to  cancel on  12/8/16 with  documentation  to verify that.  This  information was  received on 1/17/17.
