5/23/ To whom it may concern:We have received the above referenced complaint and reviewed the same accordinglyOur customer complains that the he was not properly compensated for his claim for repairs to his basement floor and additional living expenses incurred during the repair process and requested that his claim be reopened and reassessed based on the estimates provided in concert with the Revdex.com complaint filed.We will accommodate the insureds request and are reopening the claim and assigning an adjuster to review the claim with the insured and, if necessary, reinspect the loss to ensure that the claim is handled properly and any appropriate payment due the insured made.We trust this appropriately addresses and will resolve the complaint raised by the insured.Respectfully,
