All of the Farmer’s people that I worked with were very courteous, on time and most interested in doing the job correctly I really want to commend Russ for his initial contact with me and then after the installation he got down on his hands and knees to fix a scratch in my new wood floor that happened when a piece of furniture was moved to put in the new HVAC unit All men were very professional
