Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It also states you MUST have a hard copy of the signed papers BEFORE pre approval can be accepted and all you have is electronic papersNOTHING was every mailed as stated in the instructions Sincerely, [redacted]

-Again, please refer to our last response and the attached document signed by both [redacted] and [redacted] as well as the payment authorization form signed by [redacted] on Aug8th The application clearly states that “The fee will be refunded only if a preliminary loan approval is not issued”You will also notice that a ‘Preliminary Loan Approval’ was issued to the [redacted] ’s on September 16th (see attached)That’s really all there is to it -Farm Plus Financial spent several months working on this loan for the [redacted] ’s before they decided to back outYet has not retained a dime for our efforts (all fees were pass-through cost to third parties contracted at the request of the customer) -In over ten years in business our company has not received a single complaint about this process -That being said the [redacted] ’s still have the option of moving forward with the loan they applied for -We cannot afford to waste any more of our time and resources regarding this matter and would appreciate the Revdex.com closing this complaint based on the evidence presented Thanks [redacted] | Operations Manager
