On June I was at a local shipping mall and one of your employees had a table out about your company I had spoken to an Asian gentleman and he the told me that if I signed up I would receive my first box at no cost so I signed up and got my first box on June and then I tried to cancel my account and I couldn't do it cause there websit website doesn't indicate anything on how to remove items I called there customer service and they refused to do anything for me about the changes
