Money will not be auto-drafted for your postage so long as you do not download any funds. If you are unable to withdraw your machine, any refunds for unused postage may be requested using the refund form sent once the postage machine has been returned and audited.

Thank you once again for your response.  We would be more than happy to assist with initiating the cancellation request, however in order to do so, the request should be received in writing on company letterhead including the meter serial number requesting to be cancelled.  This ensures that the correct equipment in question is being addressed.  In addition, the customer can also call in at [redacted] to initiate the cancellation.  Unfortunately we are not able to proceed without those items on file.
