this matterMy interviews showed Mr*** became irate and began raising his voice when he was advised there was no police report to assist our investigationMr*** asked Mr*** to step outside to further discuss the claim and not disturb the other individuals in the officeMr*** was also upset when the repair estimate was reviewed and he was advised not all of the damages on the estimate was caused by our insured. In conclusion I do not see Mr*** needing to apologize and this matter was closed upon our payment to Mr*** and his executing a release of all claims
