We have been in contact with [redacted] for over a month and are working on trying to resolve this manner.  We have been looking for a replacement similar in spec to the one that was damaged.  Finding a used tire with those specifications has been difficult.....we ordered one last week and...

the tire was not up to the customers standards. We offered her the tire and in addition $50 cash but she did not except.  The customer has requested we continue to look for a replacement. Troy P[redacted]
