after them. We can not definitely state that as the cause. Could be other issues.

I am rejecting this response because: when I was informed that they would not honor their warranty the reason given was fuel issue.  Also, the letter given does not state a reason for denial or the diagnosis for what caused the damage.  Their response is a compete lie. The only information in the letter says the damage found.
