agree that the customer gave us the opportunity to repair the issue and we did not, so in the name of customer satisaction we are willing to refund the invoice amount of $282.48. In order to process the refund I need a copy of the invoice from the BMW dealership that did the repairs. The reciept can be faxed to my attention at ###-###-####, emailed to [redacted].[redacted].[redacted], mailed to my office at [redacted] or a copy dropped off at the store to the store manager which ever method is most convienet for the customer so we can issue the refund as quickly as possible.I appologize for the inconvience this has caused.
