Fantasy Nails Hair and Spa *** ** *** *** *** * *** San Antonio, TX Phone: ###-###-#### Thursday 04/23/Revdex.com Corporate Office, RE: ID *** To whom it may concern, My name is *** ***I am the owner and manager of Fantasy Nails Hair and SpaWe just received a complaint
from you by a customer name *** *We strongly believe that there are some misunderstandings somewhere because all the accusations stated by that customer simply were not correctFirst of all, on that day she got a full set done not a fillThe price for a solar full set is $(And we do not offer anything else but solar powder)That was the first misunderstanding About the polish we used to paint her nails, we really do not think that it could be gummy and old like our customer described, because the nail polish is good and she was taken care of by one of our best techniciansLast, before we perform any services to any customers, we always give them the price in advanceWe only do the service once the customers agreeWe absolutely cannot do anything if the customer says noAbout the menu, they are always available on the front counter*** * said she paid for a nail service which was poorly done in our salon, but she still wanted her pedicure done in that same salon which she described it is as a filthy areaShe is an adultShe has freedom to pick any salon that she likes to have her needs doneIf our salon is filthy like she said, who can force her to have the service from us? If she does not like what she sees, why does she stay and still gets her pedicure done? Why does she spend more money in a place she does not feel comfortable with the manager, the technician and the environment? We have been in this field almost three years, have passed the inspection of the Texas State Board of Cosmetology last yearWe have never had any complaint like this beforeOur staffs are well trained and very polite to our customersWe regret that our customer had that impression about our salon on her first visit, but there is nothing we can do for herI, *** ***, owner and manager of Fantasy Nails Hair and Spa, certify this letter is true and complete. Sincerely yours, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:I did not get a full set done, I had them filled with "Solar Powder", a full set is tips with an overlay and that I do not haveI have no tips just an overlay on my own nailsAlso, I did not have "Solar Powder" put on(ACRYLIC -Characteristics are the following- *A POWDER and a LIQUID are mixed together and polymerize as it dries to create a tough coatingThe technical chemical name for the FDA approved acrylic that reputable salons use is called ETHYL Methacrylate If you have nails on that were built with a powder and a liquid then you have ACRYLIC NAILS ON.)Which is what they use. It is a shame that a business like this is deceiving their customers and are still able to operate in the State of Texas.Regards,*** *
