collateral insurance that it will only cover the vehicle that they need to get full coverage with in days but if they choose to keep the collateral insurance it is $extra a month to be paid with car payment With being customer only had the collateral protection at the time of the damage of the car the company did declare the vehicle a total loss and only willing to pay a certain portion of the loan, this is what you get dealing with a Collateral protection policy We have been in business for many years and never lead customer in any "Deceptive Practice" and hate that Ms *** feels that way
