Fantastic Sams - Springville

Kadie,the hair stylist told me she would be able to put area blond highlights in my hair and give me a haircut however, at the end of the service, my hair was brassy/orange and the highlights throughout the rest of my hair that I had previously were gone and she never gave me a hair cut because she ran out of time. She knew my hair was not what I asked for and told me repeatedly with assurance & confidence that if I came back on January 20, 2020 someone at Fantastic Sam's would fix my hair at no additional cost. She emphasized that I would not have to pay to get it fixed. Kadie talked to a hair stylist Kirsten in front of me and asked her explicitly if she would be able to fix my hair at 5:30pm. Kirsten looked at my hair and agreed to fix it on Monday at 5:30pm.

On Monday January 20, 2020 I came back at 5:39pm. Britain (hair stylist) was there and told me she would do my hair. She went to the back and came back to tell me that there was a family emergency and she needed to close the store. I asked if I could just get a refund and she assured me that if I came back tomorrow, she would be able to fix my hair- make my highlights blond and do a malibu treatment to get my old highlights back. She guaranteed me twice that if I came back tomorrow, she could do it even if it would take until midnight. She assured me of this.

On Tuesday January 21, 2020, I came back at 5:39pm and I spoke to Maddie, the manager and told her my frustrations of Kadie telling me that she was able to give me area blond highlights but failing and she eliminated the pre-existing highlights in the rest of my hair and how I made an appointment on Monday and it was cancelled shortly after I arrived. Due to my frustration with their poor services, I asked if I could just get a refund and not only did Maddie tell me I could not but I would have to pay for a new service to fix my highlights.

Two employees, Kadie and Britain, at this business guaranteed me that they could provide me services and failed to do so. Unacceptable.
