Fantastic Plants

I ordered several times from the business last year and received generally good service. Often times though, the plants were smaller than what was advertised and some were damaged in transit because they weren't packed properly., They were good about replacing them though.
I placed a couple orders again this year and they were out of stock on items their website showed as in-stock and shipping times were 2-3 weeks, even though I asked them to expedite. The last straw was when they told me an order that had already been delayed 3 weeks had shipped, when in fact it hadn't. I canceled the order a doubt I will ever order from them again.
This company may be under new ownership/management as their customer service is terrible this year--much different than last year.
