Review: On 05/**/2013, I had refunded curtains and issued a store credit of $68 that is clearly shown on the receipt that I received from [redacted]. As per conversation at that time with the [redacted], I can come anytime to store and make purchases that should be equal to store credit. It has been about more than 1 year, I called several times and spoke with different employees and explain the issue but no one granted me to use store credit even after they spoke with the [redacted]. Now, they don't even bother to pick up my call and making different excuses. I still have a store receipt. Let me know in case if you need it. Review: on December **, 2014 I purchased a blanket from fantastic linen as a new year gift for my daughter. when opened, a couple of weeks later she discovered that the blanket was ripped in a few places. I then returned the blanket to the store. the woman to whom I returned the blanket to, refused to give me her name. she stated that she had to speak to the boss about this. she did state, however, that the bosses name is [redacted], and that someone will call me back. nobody ever called me, so I went back to the store several times. January, February and march. each time I was told I would be called back. the last time I was in the store I was told the boss would call me back. he never did. I never got my money back, nor did I receive store credit. the price of the blanket was $110, for which I have a receipt. I'd like to add that all the merchandise on display in the store doesn't have any prices marked on it. I would so appreciate any help you can give me in resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the damaged goods they sold me. thank you for your assistance.
