Fantastic Furniture & Mattress

This place is awful! They took our money didn't deliver merchandise tried to give us the wrong thing and pretend it was okay they avoid our phone calls won't respond back to us yet they have our money and we don't have our products we have a contract with them which they will not uphold they won't even answer the phone calls we placeThey are as sneaky and underhanded as they comeDo not do cuteness with them they are only out to get your money and run! How can a company like this be in bushes still taking advantage of peopleLook out for Tony, Michael, and the rest of them!

This place is awful! They took our money didn't deliver merchandise tried to give us the wrong thing and pretend it was okay they avoid our phone calls won't respond back to us yet they have our money and we don't have our products we have a contract with them which they will not uphold they won't even answer the phone calls we place. They are as sneaky and underhanded as they come. Do not do cuteness with them they are only out to get your money and run! How can a company like this be in bushes still taking advantage of people. Look out for Tony, Michael, and the rest of them!

Just read the complaints and want to let everyone know- that customer was absolutely NOT lying. I as a customer experienced the exact same treatment. Check their Facebook page for further proof- every review is negative, one star. Here are the highlights:

1) You will be treated so well when you walk in. Though you can clearly tell they are skeezy, you push it into the back of your mind and think maybe it is fine. Every item in the store is GROSSLY overpriced and marked up so there is plenty of "negotiating"- think used car salesman. Work you over so you feel like "wow, what a deal" when it is anything but. Furniture is cheaply made and does not hold up well long term. Prices inflated. Sales are final. Run, run run!!!

2) Way more importantly, once they have your $$, you will be forgotten and treated like trash. If you call to ask where your delivery is, you WILL be ignored. If you happen to speak with a sales person, they will give you endless run around and basically hang up on you. Then when you go in in person, you will be yelled at, cursed at, threatened, discriminated against, literally anything you can never imagine a business professional doing- these people do it and more. To say they are low class and unprofessional is an understatement. These people have ZERO and I mean ZERO ethics. They care about scamming you and making money and then leave you in the gutter and act like YOU are dumb and it is all YOUR fault.

Basically, RUN!!! Trust me. If only I had the sense to read reviews before just stopping in one day to browse and regretting it literally instantly. The Revdex.com should take heed to these complaints and give this business an "F". No matter what rebuke shows up after this, just know it is TRUE. Just like the other complaints I read that they denied vehemently and tried to blame on the customer- that is just how they do things.
