My name is [redacted] i am the general manager for Fantastic Cleaning inc. We did call several times to speak about haveing the carpets cleaned. But spoke more often to the building maintenance supervisor ([redacted]) who expressed interest in a package deal we were offering weekly for a basic...

cleaning. And everytime we called he still expressed the same interest stating he would speak to [redacted] about what we were offering and on several Occasions he had told us to call diectly to [redacted] just to check in with the carpet cleaning and to remind her of the package deal we were offering. I myself have reviewed the emails sent by my employee and in no way do I think they were rude or unpleasant. I will be more then happy to look at any e-mails that were sent in an unprofessional maner and be sure to correct any unprofessional behavior. I am truley sorry that we came off as aggressive but in no way was that our intention. We offer our sincerest apoligies for this matter .                                         ...⇄ [redacted] (GM)
