Review: I attended a ceremonial all white banquet at [redacted] and the waitress dropped silverware containing a dark balsamic dressing on the white suit I wore. I was told that if the stain did not come out, [redacted] would reimburse me for the cost of my suit. After much waiting and lack of response and attempts by both my dry cleaner and their dry cleaner to remove the stain, my damaged suit and a partial refund for the cost of the suit as determined by the receipt I provided for the suit was granted to me. The manager of the establishment has been rude and unyielding in his attempts to reimburse me for the damage done to my suit at the hands of the [redacted] waitstaff.Desired Settlement: I want to be fully reimbursed for the price of the suit, including the tax as indicated on the receipt. I would also like an apology from the store manager for the hassle: trips back and forth to the establishment, phone calls, and emails and the rejection of a fair solution.
