Review: I ordered an [redacted] Beanbag for my son on January 05, 2014. I conducted this purchase online with a credit card. I was instantly charged the $70.99 (which I expected). However, I have not seen any tracking and have made several (approx. 18 phone calls) phone calls to attempt to find out where the bean bag is or to speak to someone. I have yet to speak to anyone and have left several messages over the last two weeks and have had no response from fanhut.com

I feel as though I am being scammed out of my money.Desired Settlement: Refund of $70.99 & an apology letter from fanhut.com to my son who is 11 years old ([redacted]), who spent his Christmas money on this gift.
