Review: I called Fanelli Home Improvement the first week May 2013. [redacted] the salesman came over to my house and we filled out the contract. the contract was correct the way it was written, which I agreed with. He told me it would be done within a week, which they didn't start till 3 weeks later, they told me they would clean up daily which they didn't, they had all the garbage laying around my house and in my garage. I looked over the bill with the numbers on it and they said they don't give them out, the owner and salesman came back over and would not go over the bill with me because they said they couldn't read it. I don't know if I receive the discount that they were giving that month. They brought workers here that didn't not know what they were doing and had to be trained. At first they said 7 guys will come here but only 2 showed up. The siding was wavy, dented and scratched. They gave me the wrong information on the loan. they were on my neighbors house and put nail holes in both of our roofs. Lost the brackets for my front porch and gutters, they didn't take off all my siding like the contract stated and replace old wood.Desired Settlement: I asked them for a percentage off because of all this trouble and they said no . I called the owner almost everyday. they told them I was so frustrated with this business and giving false advertisement. I hope they did not do this to me since I am single and live alone. I think I should definitely receive a discount but what should I do since I asked them to take off all the siding and replace old wood. this house had termites and water/roof damage. I do not need any further disasters.

Review: I recently got my windows, doors, and roof done with this company. Had a few problems but got resolved eventually but I do not agree with the work they did with the roof. Shingles are not laying, shingles are lifted in diferent areas, shingles are hanging off gutter, the valley were the roof meets is poorly done. and with the past storms, it already effected the lifting of the shingles more. I have contacted them and left message and noone would respond. Then I emailed the company with pictures attached. [redacted] then called right away and came out the next day. Showed the roof to him which he agreed with what was pointed out but gave explanations of to why it looks the way it looks then said he would have to talk to the owner and see what he would say because the only way to fix it is to do the whole roof over. I called after a week of no response, then I emailed again assuming he didn't get message then I called the following week and he answered the phone which he said he will come out with the other guy next week. They still haven't came.Desired Settlement: The way the roof was done there is no way they can patch these numerous of places. They would have to replace the whole roof. Please help, I don't know what to do. I spent a total of $33,000. Thank you
