Review: [redacted] magazine called my phone from different numbers over 25 times in the last three days. When I was finally able to speak with them yesterday 6/5/14, they demanded asked to speak with my daughter, a minor, whose name is on the magazine. I explained to them that she was a minor and they could speak with me. The customer service representative demanded to speak to her, which is extremely inappropriate due to her age. I informed the CSR of that and informed him that if he continued to demand to speak with her and call my phone, I would file a complaint of harassment.They called twice again this morning on 6/6/14. I answered the phone, and the representative was much more receptive to speaking to me rather than my daughter. He informed me that we qualified for a discounted subscription and would like to forward me to a supervisor to set that up. I agreed. The supervisor then explained to me that this was a three year subscription and he would like to collect payment today. I informed him that I was not informed of this and since I had him on the phone, I would like to tell him about my previous experience. I informed him of the CSR who demanded to speak with my daughter and the supervisor became extremely defensive. I assured him I just wanted to inform him of an issue and he became more agitated, asking me abruptly, "Are you done?". I said, "Excuse me, that is extremely rude." He asked again if I was done. I said yes, and he hung up on me.I am SHOCKED by this behavior by customer service representatives and will be canceling my subscription. These CSR's are rude, abrupt, and do not respect boundaries.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my remaining subscription and to be put on a do not call list with Cat Fancy. I do not want to hear from them and their rude CSR's again.
