Fancy Gap Mountain Cabins

I booked my trip with Jodee Burton on March 24th 2020, and added a day to my stay on March 28th 2020. The original price of the trip was $570, and the extra day cost $100. In total I paid $670. I cancelled on March 31st 2020. Her policy stated, and still states on the site she sent me, that if you cancel within 14 days before your trip you get a full refund, or a 50% refund with 7 days. I was supposed to arrive on April 12th 2020 and cancelled on March 31st 2020. 13 days I begged this woman to give me half of my money back like her policy states she should, and she told me she changed her policy after I cancelled, so she doesn't have to give me my money back. On the site we used, it still states I would have half of my money back if I cancelled within 7 days. She has since blocked my phone number and will not respond to me.
