Review: I work for Auburn University and keep getting e-mails from Zoo Life Entertainment on behalf of FanBridge. I have requested over 10 times to be taken off the mailing list via e-mail and every time I receive a response stating that I will no longer receive these e-mails. Then the next week another e-mail comes through. I don't know how they got my e-mail, but they are not upholding their unsubscribe requests. I am very dissatisfied with this company and the way they are ignoring these requests.Desired Settlement: I want them to remove my e-mail address from all their lists and never contact me again.

Review: I have reported this person to the FCC in late January or early February. I continued to receive unsolicited email from this person and selected unsubscribe from his links. I have sent an email to this person asking to stop receiving unsolicited emails and received a rude response. I have again just another request to the FCC. Since originally asking the emails to stop, I've received 15 emails. I have saved each of them including the rude response.

I am formally requesting FanBridge to get involved to stop this person from sending unsolicited emails after requesting they be stopped.

1 of my attorney's I've used for trademark infringement also handles these matters. He has indicated contacting the company as a final measure.

I am contacting fanbridge and recording this correspondence and transaction. Should I receive another email from this person 14 days from the time I send this message, we will have no other option than to file an action against fanbridge.com and [redacted] with a fanbridge account of: noreply-[redacted]. I'll be contacting gmail and the Revdex.com to report this abuse.

Review: I work for NYSDOT and keep getting e-mails from Sober St. Patricks day on behalf of FanBridge. I have requested 6 times to be taken off the mailing list via e-mail and every time I receive a response stating that I will no longer receive these e-mails. This last for about three weeks and then another e-mail comes through. I don't know where they got this e-mail, but they are not upholding their unsubscribe requests. I am very dissatisfied with this company and the way they preform.Desired Settlement: I want them to take my e-mail address and lose it. Never contact me again. I don't know why it's so hard to just take me out of their system.
