Your account has no posting activity, therefore, no articles or pictures were posted, nor were any pictures illegally taken from any other social media accounts. Your account had earned from activating ad credits to fund other people's ads throughout the site without paying for them. The payment you made secured the earnings generated from that activity. member must be actively managing their expenditures (ad credits) to meet their
desired goal while participating in the community and all earning activities
available. While you generated a descent amount in earnings, you also
continuously spent your ad credits, which in the end, must be paid back before
cashing out. Also, earnings go through a maturity cycle of 90 days before being
eligible for cash out. This is mentioned in our terms of service and within the

Spending ad credits without paying for them upfront entails a monthly processing fee. This earned you the bare minimum of what you could have earned had you worked on building your network (fan base), proactively engaged with the community, participated in the other earning activities, and managing your expenditures. All earnings, including SC earnings, go through a maturity cycle of 90 days before being eligible for cash out. This is mentioned in our terms of service and within the account FAQs. April earnings have been paid and May earnings will be paid at the end of the month.We also are aware that you have already received three cash outs one of which was tied directly to the Ad Credit fee you paid. Due to this we will gladly offer you a subsidized refund for your Ad Platform Fees and refund you the Power User Subscription from the past 30 days. Complaint Detail / ProblemComplaint Type:Refund / Exchange IssuesselectProblem:Empowr/FanBox FanBox 501 West Broadway #A182 San Diego, CA 92101 I was a client of Empowr (an alternative social media platform). Empowr's claim is that they will pay you to use their service as Facebook does not. However though their account was FREE, Empowr charges "Platform Fees" that have to be paid in order for anyone to "Earn" money using the platform. The "Platform Fees" according to their rules are refundable. According to Empowr rules & regs. anyone can request a "refund" of any platform fees they have paid. This may be done ONCE within every 12 month period. In early October 2016 I requested a refund of my platform fees to date which were the following.... August 22 2016 $217.47 July 22 2016 $82.94 July 06 2016 $27.52 On November 11, 2016 a partial refund of $217.47 was issued to CC ending in [redacted]. At issue now are the remaining platform fees as follows. July 22,2016 $82.94 62042....[redacted] Sequence ID July 06,2016 $27.52 [redacted]....[redacted] Sequence ID Total of remaining refund of $110.46 is outstanding as of November 18, 2016 Note**Empowr has elected to CLOSE after receiving the refund request through the CC company so ALL platform fees must be returned now [redacted]Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:Amount of $110.46.. to be refunded to CC ending in.[redacted].
