Customer ordered am item and it was promptly shipped but [redacted] had delays. Customer was provided tracking number and the item was delivered (albeit 2 weeks after it should have been). [redacted] The customer was responded to and unfortunately we don't have any more information... about why an item is delayed than what she has access to. We tried to call her after she received her item and emailed her with no response.
