FamTek Systems

We signed up for service back in February of 2018 and paid for the equipment we needed. Famtek was supposed to come out the following week to install, but a snow storm prevented them from coming out so not a big deal. We were told they'd come out the following week. After several weeks of not showing up or calling we emailed Famtek and were told they'd be out the following week. That time came and went and still nothing. To make a long story short, after about 5 months they never once stepped foot on our property and when we called to get a refund for the equipment we never received, they stopped returning calls, emails and text messages. I will never do business with this company and will never recommend them to anyone.
