Famsa

Review: I bought furniture from Famsa located in Phoenix AZ but the company closed. I contacted Famsa customer service because my furniture was damage and since I bought 5 year warranty for my furniture I asked them to repair my furniture. They offered me a total of 950.00 dollars because the store in Phoenix had closed and they had no way of repairing my furniture. They sent me three letters, one for each item that was cover by the warranty. The letters stated that after I sign the letters and mailed them back to them, they would process the checks and that I should receive them in two weeks. It has been more than three months and I still haven't receive my refund and the guy that was helping me with processing the checks is not answering me anymore.
