Review: Hi, I had a really bad experience today I had went to store 2579 in Manteca, CA and I had an associate named Derek, associate number 238910 . Had went in for a simple exchange with a gift receipt and this associate was being nothing but disrespectful to me, he was figuring it out on the register for about 30 minutes and didnt bother to let me know what was the problem or why he was having a hard time, then while a mother and her small daughter were waiting in line behind me, this associate Derek thought it would be OK to say cuss words just because he couldnt figure it out, rather than asking for help from a coworker. Then 30 minuets later he decides not to deal with the problem and takes a shortcut by exchanging my shoes and an additional $15 gift card and when I asked why I was getting the gift card his answer was, "to be honest I dont know but I wouldnt be blowing smoke up your **s if youre getting $15 back" .As I walked away he blurted the term, "[redacted]." Never in my life would I want another customer to go through this situation, I felt so alone and asked for speak to manager but was told she wasnt in at the moment. I really hope this situation gets taken care of as soon as possible. At this point because he holds my information, I do not feel safe and feel he could possibly know where I live.
