They are way overpriced and when you complain about the price, they have trained their repairman to offend you. He was here under 30 minutes to replace a valve on my refrigerator, a price you can buy for under $50. Charged me $400, and told me his job is harder than mine and he deserves every penny. Do not use this company. They are not "affordable" as they claim, and if you question the price, they get nasty.

WORST COMPANY!! STAY AWAY!! They tried to charge me over $400 to replace the ice maker in my fridge. I? was able to buy a new part direct from the manufacturer for $115 with free shipping. When I? complained, they refused to refund the $75 service fee. The manager Annette has no intention of providing quality customer service and no remorse for trying to rip people off!!
