*** came in to my store the first time, demanding money backWe told her we would go look at the Sofa, and see what we can doWe then went to view the sofa and it was "picked" in one spot on almost every fabric surfaceI took pictures
and sent them to Decor-rest, they declared it as abuseThey do not cover Abuse in their warrantyWhich led to me calling *** several times with no answerWhen she came in she was again demanding her money back and then threatening us with legal action if we didn't comply to her demandsI told her again that Decor-rest does not cover abuse in their warranty, and that the sofa's material does not ware in that manor(Which was explained multiple times through out the conversation)She continued with the demands and threatening legal actionI told her to leave the store because she was being incoherent, rude, and demandingI did NOT say anything about animals digging the sofa, nor did I tell her she would need to take legal actionI told her to go find the number because she was asking after I repeatedly asked her to leave the store
We are not going to refund *** her moneyI apologise that we couldn't do anything for the sofa, the warranty is in the hands of the manufacturer

The owner of the business called today and said that he received a letter from you and that the extended warranty was at the store. I had someone pick it up and he had written on the receipt copy 4 year extended warranty with a brochure. ...
