There was an error on our website that allowed more product to be sold than we had in stock due to our distributor's lowered allocations As soon as we realized this error, we shut the product down for orders As soon as we stopped selling the product, we notified our customers, canceled the orders, refunded any money collected, and gave a $credit for their next order as an apology for overselling the product. We did not sell any to employees, nor have we sold any on eBay or other online channels. There was also a severe allocation by Nintendo on this product nationally, which is easily researchable Of the 200+ that we would have liked to have received, we only received due to this allocation We had already set aside for a social media giveaway when we learned of the allocation

I am rejecting this response because:Website said "In Stock" and then eventually became unavailable after about an hour. Any reliable website has the number available tied into their stock number, otherwise they shouldn't be in business. They were giving at least 5 away on Facebook also, so they had stock. My guess is some people (employees) figured out they could make more money on the side by cancelling orders and selling them for $200+ on eBay. In fact, I can not find anyone that has reported purchasing one via Family Video.Sincerely,
