would have taken steps to rectify the problem at onceHe did not.Since then and for the following months *** *** did not contact us with a complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I did not call and complain about the sticker because I did not know it was considered void if damaged after a windshield replacementI have had my windshield replaced in the past and never had this issueI did however contact Fontana's after I received the first ticket and tried to dispute the ticket through the city with a receipt of windshield replacement and receipt of vehicle inspectionIn the meantime receiving yet another ticketThe only person to ever touch the sticker was the person at Fontana's who did the windshield replacementIf I was in the wrong I would have no issue paying these tickets, but I simply paid this business for a service with the understanding that they would complete the job with no issues.
