Family Tree Masters

Pauline *** hired James *** of Tree Masters, also possibly doing business as Family Tree Masters, in the fall of 2018 to provide tree trimming and removal services.

*** was paid in full, $570. $500 check cleared on September 21st, $70 in cash was provided when work began the second week of September when work began.

Despite having been contacted on numerous occasions regarding the matter, *** did not, and has not, removed the substantial cutting pile.

On October 31st, 2018 *** was contacted by phone and was given a deadline of November 3rd, 2018 at 6pm to remove the street side cutting pile. That deadline was not met despite two promises on different days within that period of time from *** stating that he would remove the pile.

After failing to remove the pile on the agreed upon date, a partial refund of $225 has been requested (to pay another service to remove the cuttings pile with a deadline of Wednesday, November 7th.
