I appreciate that he didn't use strong-arm tactics to pressure us into making a decision, Josh simply gave us the information we needed by asking questions and then really listening to our answers. Family Tree Estate Planning, LCC does not return phone calls. Complained to answering service receptionist. Her response was that ([redacted]) is never in his office. This is the name given when you call. I thought it might be a personal issue until the receptionist made the comment that I was not the first one to complain about this company. She said she receives several client complaints about Family Tree Estate Planning not returning phone calls. Accredited business?
