We have reviewed Ms*** complaint against *** Automotive & Towing and found that she is entitled to a refund from this tow At the time of tow, *** driver viewed that Ms*** car was involved in an accident and that she was being helped by one of our local police
departments that we provide emergency towing for Our driver believed that this was a police directed tow, which have a higher towing rate due to the "on-call" nature of service and priority response time that is given to the incident After management received this complaint and did notice that this tow request was made by Ms***, we decided to refund part of the towing charges back to Ms*** Ms*** will receive a credit in the amount of $on her credit card We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by our mistake and thank you for allowing us to help you out with your towing needs Please feel free to contact me with any further questions Thank you!
