Review: I signed with this company in Jan 2011. Due to financial difficulties and them being unable to provide full service until I paid in full, it was agreed I would pay $100 down, then continuous credit card billing of $59 a month until I satisfied the total amount due for them to take my case. I paid them the $100 down, then a total of $708 for 2011, Paid two more payments Jan.and Feb. 2012. Total paid to them via credit card was $826.00 I tried contacting them 11/14/13, as the amount owed to them to begin my service should have been satisfied. I found the number to be disconnected as well as their website!! I immediately contacted my credit card company, which stated it had been over the allotted time for a refund!! I stated I was being billed for a service which had not been provided yet, they had just been billing me to FULFILL the amount BEFORE starting my case. Due to Mastercard regulations, it was over the time frame. I stated I had no idea this company was either fraudulent or had gone out of business and now I am out $826.00 and did not receive services!Desired Settlement: I want my $826.00, paid in full from this company! I did not receive any product, service, documents, nothing! This was a payment plan with continuous billing until I could receive service.
