Mr*** placed two orders with us. Both orders were custom items. He requested specific key codes on a
specialty lock. Both orders were sent
with the lock key codes he requested. He
placed his order online. During the
checkout process he chose a budget shipping
option that he agreed to the terms
and conditions of that option when he placed the orders. He was notified that if he returned his order we
would deduct a restocking fee (even before he placed his second order). He was
also reminded of the restocking fee when he requested return
