Looking for a company that rents Popcorn Machines, I ran across this company online. I promply gave them my information and asked for an invoice to turn into my boss. I was told three times that I would receive the invoice my email. The rude lady who answered the phone, on my fourth attempt, was dismissive, telling me she was too busy to send an invoice for something I paid for. She ended the conversation by hanging up the phone in my face. I will never use their services.
