Review: At the beginning of July I contacted [redacted] upon a neighbor's referral to look at my in ground pool. He came, advised I needed a new filter, and charged $60 for the service call. He said if I gave him $250 he could bring me a refurbished sand filter and would install it by the following weekend for $150. I gave him a check for $250 which he cashed. He was due to come 7/** but I called and notified him that my pump had also just stopped working. He said for an additional $275 he could bring a pump as well. I left a $275 check for him in my mailbox on 7/** which he also cashed. He told me in a text message he would "install everything tomorrow". Since then he has come back to my house once. He left a pump, uninstalled and has texted me several times to say he was coming back - tomorrow, tonight, next week, right after the job he was finishing up on, etc... As of today, August [redacted], he has not returned.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $525.
