I am responding to complaint IDS [redacted] 1, [redacted], Director of Accounting for Family Pet Clinic inn NRH, TX, contacted the client on January 5, 2017 at 10 42 am and left a message on her voice nail In regards to the message I received that she wants to cancel her Paw Plan Ian annual wellness...
preventative Wan that allows discounted medical services with low monthly payments) She then called back at 10.46 am the same day 01)05/2017 and l spoke to her I had already run the calculations of the total amount due for the cancelation of the paw plan since some veterinary services were already preformed At that time $101.56 was due for the services previously performed I let our client know that and she agreed and said she would be in tomorrow to pay the balance. The client was mailed a statement on February 111, 2017. As per the Paw Plan Agreement if a paw plan is canceled is the total amount due must be paid in full within 30 days or account will be sent to collections The account was then sent to collections on March 1. 2017. Client called on March 1, 2017 at 1:42 pm in regards to the letter she received from the collection agency As t was out of the office at mat time I returned he: phone call on 03/21/2017 at 9 04arn and left a voicemail that 1 was returning her phone call to discuss her account balance in which t have not heard back from owner Thank You,

I am rejecting this response because:They did not mail a single paperwork to me. No itemized statements were provided. Could they please provide proof of a mailer they sent and on what date? Also, regarding phone calls - I will provide from my carrier a call log from those moths to show no phone calls were provided. This blame game is offensive and wrong for a company to push on a customer. I will provide the documents to you by the end of the day.
