Family Motors of Santa Maria

Review: I financed a vehicle from Family Motors of Santa Maria, and within 4 days, the vehicle did not start and I have had issues with it. I reported the issue to the business and was told that their mechanic would come to my house and look at it. That did not happen. Yesterday, I was 200 miles out of town with the vehicle and it overheated. I was forced to tow the vehicle at my expense from the location to my home. I called to report this problem and was met with resistance, Javier told me that the vehicle has no warranty and I bought it as is. I am paying over $6,000 for this car, I need a functional car. I cannot go to work, I cannot run my errands, because I cannot drive my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I need a good running vehicle that I can use daily for work, taking my children to school and running my errands. I have already invested $2,740 into this vehicle, and cannot afford and do not feel that I should invest any extra money into repairs that the vehicle needs if there were problems from the day I bought it.
