Hello, Let me first mention that this is the first time we receive this copy of the complaint from Revdex.com and not two weeks ago as mentioned in your cover letterWere just made aware of this when we receive a call from Revdex.com this morning size="4">About the complaint, we did receive a voicemail from Mr [redacted] last December 16, Our Sales Manager, Mr [redacted] , immediately returned his call in the morning of December 17, to personally inquire the specifics of his complaintUpon knowing the details, Mr [redacted] explained to him that we are using a metal detector machine as part of our quality control that any kind of metal as small as a staple wire will be detected, which will force an automatic shut down of the said machineThat considering the size of the supposed rod he found in the product, the same will be instantly detected They eventually agreed that Mr [redacted] will sent him an email requesting him to furnish the necessary information in order to initiate an investigationMr [redacted] emailed pictures of the receipt, UPC code and affected product the same dayMr [redacted] readily responded and requested him provide pictures of the rod only, which he claimed he found inside the productHowever, Mr [redacted] did not respond and Mr [redacted] did not hear from him again to this dateAttached herewith is a copy of the above mentioned emailThank you very much

Review: I was eating some of the product and bit down into a steel rod that was in the product.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is payment from the company for emotionally screwing me into never wanting their product again by not having strict quality control policies. This could have went in a child's mouth or to an elderly person and they would have quite possibly died from this. I have the product and packaging with steel rod in the piece that would have been eaten had I not been more careful.
