The customer service by one of the employees was horribleShe did not take pride in her job by helping and answering questionsInstead she behaved very unprofessionally and was extremely rude as though I forced her to work in customer serviceIve even called to receive resolve from a manager but to no availIf u dont want to deal with people and make them feel comfortable to spend their money at your facility, then you should close downTheres no reason for that type of behavior and its unacceptable for management to not be concerned enough to be available let along return phone callsI will continue to give this company, the location, and the employee bad reviews until something is done and positive changes happenNo one should be treated the way I was treated and I will not tolerate disrespect especially when im spending my money!

Instead she behaved very unprofessionally and was extremely rude as though I forced her to work in customer service. Ive even called to receive resolve from a manager but to no avail. If u dont want to deal with people and make them feel comfortable to spend their money at your facility, then you should close down. Theres no reason for that type of behavior and its unacceptable for management to not be concerned enough to be available let along return phone calls.
