Review: Went to purchase bunk beds, received the bunk beds they were damaged and they're two pieces instead of just one bed with drawers underneath that aren't even attached they had to take brackets and connect the drawers underneath to the bed frame so that whenever you open and close the drawers the entire section slides underneath the bed, the headboard was scratched up and the would to connect to the sides are to short. Went to complain they sent someone out to fix it (brand new beds never slept in), while fixing he slintered the wood trying to get them to connect, had to use brackets to stop the drawer from going underneath the bed and the scratched part he just sand it down. I went back complaining again they said a new bad would be here today, it came scratched too. She refused to give me my money back ( [redacted]) told me to take it as is and they'll give me a rug or something, or give it back and I will have $600.00 in store credit. The picture in the book is NOT the bed I saw nor thought I purchased. I thought it was a one piece Not two pieces.Desired Settlement: I would like this bunk bed set and they said this is the last one damaged also, therefore since they do not have what I want I would like a refund to purchase it some place else. They also should tell people it's two parts instead of one. Feel they scammed me out of my money by not being honest. I do not work there so how would I know there are two different numbers in the order book that she showed me after I called and came in the store with my complaint.
