To Whom it May Concern, I have received your letter and I am quite distressed by the report Perhaps the patient failed to state that I responded to her inquiries and she was aware of my extreme and prolonged family issues and concerns Medical providers are also people We have families We have tragedies such as unexpected deaths, suicides, divorces and very ill childrenI will not apologize for putting my family firstHaving done so has damaged my business in terms of income and it is not taken lightlyI am appalled at how little compassion patients have in regard to their physicians Physicians have one of the highest suicide rates in the nation Why? Because of the conditions they work in and the unrealistic expectations that patients have as well as employers of these physicians Seeing patients a day is not conducive to good health for patients or physicians Perhaps you might want to mention that on your website I have developed my own pared down practice and I try to accommodate each patient In this case, the delay was unavoidable Finally, this patient failed to mention that she was not charged for the devices that were repaired by the lab and she was provided with a completely new pair of devices at no cost to her or her insurance company Perhaps you should mention in this response that the Revdex.com is not a government agency and in fact, to receive a prime rating the business pays you One must take this into account when filing a "complaint" Since I do not pay you to list me as a preferred business no doubt your organization will report negative statements for those of us who refuse to play into your organizations form of extortion while providing those who do pay you glowing reports and not "reporting" complaints I believe that you will not mention this on your website and leave out the part defending myself and identifying your organization as misrepresenting the accuracy of your reports from consumers I trust that you will retract this complaint
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
To Whom it May Concern,
I have received your letter and I am quite distressed by the report. Perhaps the patient failed to state that I responded to her inquiries and she was aware of my extreme and prolonged family issues and concerns. Medical providers are also people....
We have families. We have tragedies such as unexpected deaths, suicides, divorces and very ill children. I will not apologize for putting my family first. Having done so has damaged my business in terms of income and it is not taken lightly. I am appalled at how little compassion patients have in regard to their physicians.
Physicians have one of the highest suicide rates in the nation. Why? Because of the conditions they work in and the unrealistic expectations that patients have as well as employers of these physicians. Seeing 40 patients a day is not conducive to good health for patients or physicians. Perhaps you might want to mention that on your website. I have developed my own pared down practice and I try to accommodate each patient. In this case, the delay was unavoidable.
Finally, this patient failed to mention that she was not charged for the devices that were repaired by the lab and she was provided with a completely new pair of devices at no cost to her or her insurance company.
Perhaps you should mention in this response that the Revdex.com is not a government agency and in fact, to receive a prime rating the business pays you. One must take this into account when filing a "complaint". Since I do not pay you to list me as a preferred business no doubt your organization will report negative statements for those of us who refuse to play into your organizations form of extortion while providing those who do pay you glowing reports and not "reporting" complaints.
I believe that you will not mention this on your website and leave out the part defending myself and identifying your organization as misrepresenting the accuracy of your reports from consumers.
I trust that you will retract this complaint.
