I became a member last year and can not wait until my contract ends.Not a very clean environment there are holes in ceilings,dripping pipes, faulty equipment.I rate this gym "very poor"Then they have the nerve to charge a yearly maintenance fee mine $every member fee is differentSupposedly this was for the equipment and building upkeepseems to me somebody's pocketing every cent.Also now I am hearing this place has mold growingI am calling Corporate office and News

The people running and working at the clubs are very helpful with everythingThe gyms I have visited are always clean and the people working out there are super friendlyI've had nothing but good experiences at Family Fitness!

I "won" a free year member ship When I went to claim I was told I had to sign a year contract and there would be monthly maintenance fees I talked them into just a year but have no idea why I agreed to pay monthly on an alleged "free" membership After year they kept charging me It took months and several people as well as being taken to collections to have them stop debiting my account I am glad I saved all my paperwork/contracts Some haven't fared as well

Just returned Sunday at noon. Sunday hours at Fitzone for Women- Plainfield GR are supposed to be until 3pm. Door locked, lights off, no note on door, wasted trip.
My monthly fee is $15.00/month plus $44/year other fee.
They deduct from $15.00/ $20.00/ to over $80.00 every month from my debit card. I have to email every month..They say it was late ! How can it be late? It's deducted from a debit card..Called my Credit Union, they said on their end it was always deducted when presented for payment. They seen nothing to explain or justify adding a monthly late fee!
They NEVER return phone calls to check on Debit Card error or discuss my account. Just email nonsense and add more late fees.
I want to pay by check, but now worry they will take 2 payments and not stop taking money from my debit card.
