today twice and they have informed us that a check was issued todayThey have also informed us that they have called *** *** and was made aware of this factI called and spoke to *** *** and informed *** that a check was in the mail as to what the insurance company had advised meI apologized for the error that was made on my part

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. I want others to be aware of how this insurance agents conducts business. I'm not satisfied with his response at all. I had to do all the work and miss work & waste my time and money in getting my $2,236.08 returned to me. I'm still not done with this issue as I have to call the insurance in continuing to resolve his mistake. Yes, the insurance did tell me a check would be issued to me via postal mail, but that's after I had to contact [redacted] and inquire about my issue because nothing was getting resolved. This complaint may be closed but I want it available for other consumers to read so they can be aware. I don't want others to go through same thing as me.
